this week

>> our trip to Springridge Farm, see some pictures here.
>> a great (early) birthday celebration for Penelope with my cousin Johanna and her beau Sean. My mom made chicken marsala, and it was probably the first time I really "entertained" in my home.
>> our second year attending an amazing free event called Doors Open Hamilton. We visited some great cultural and heritage sites and had lunch at a fun pub in Ancaster. Find out about a Doors Open event near you here.
>> we stopped by a Midwifery gathering in Bayfront Park in Hamilton to reconnect with our midwife. Surprise, Surprise: my midwife is pregnant! We also bumped into our friends and were able to meet their precious daughter Adelaide (such a sweet name!)
>> a great worship service at our old church, Harvest Oakville. There was a wonderful guest speaker, the world renowned Crawford Loritts, whom we had a chance to meet and speak with after the service.
(if you're wondering - it was an unusually busy week, and next week will be even busier!)
